From November 1st, 2015, MARIN’s Senior Project Manager Karola van der Meij, is located at the SSSRI/MARIN office in Shanghai. As project manager in MARIN’s Ships department she was responsible for the acquisition, the management and progress reporting of projects. She supervised complex model testing and simulation studies for customers and give advice for improvement on the basis of those studies. Her main field of expertise is resistance and propulsion of merchant and inland vessels.
